CLECE EMPLEA

Clece Emplea: Boosting employment for vulnerable groups
A virtual job fair with social and media impact

1. Campaign Objective:

Since 2022, we have collaborated with Clece on each edition of its Clece Emplea job fair, which aims to offer employment opportunities to people from vulnerable groups (people experiencing long-term unemployment, those at risk of social exclusion, people with disabilities, women victims of gender violence, etc.). Our challenge has been to give media visibility to this innovative virtual job fair, maximizing its impact both nationally and regionally, and positioning Clece as a leader in workplace inclusion.

Results Achieved:

Throughout all editions of Clece Emplea, we have achieved significant media coverage, amplifying Clece’s message and its commitment to workplace inclusion.

  • Press, Radio, and Television Coverage: We have ensured the Fair has received extensive coverage from national and regional media outlets in all three editions, achieving over one hundred mentions in each.
  • Interviews with Clece Spokespeople: We managed the participation of Clece spokespeople in interviews with relevant media outlets, highlighting their commitment to job creation for the most vulnerable groups.
  • Visibility in local and national media: We achieved broad coverage in local and regional media in the first edition in Madrid, the second in Valladolid, and the third in Seville, ensuring a consistent media presence.

3. How We Did It:

To ensure the campaign’s success and maximize Clece Emplea’s visibility, we developed a comprehensive communication strategy that combined actions targeting national and regional media:

  1. Interview Scheduling and Management: We arranged interviews with Clece spokespeople in key media outlets, both national and regional, which allowed us to widely disseminate the fair’s results and objectives. In each edition, we secured coverage from local media in Madrid, Valladolid, and Seville, highlighting the importance of Clece’s initiatives for inclusive employment.
  2. Distribution of press releases, both national and regional: In each edition, we highlighted the social impact of the job fair, providing information by region about the jobs offered, the profiles sought, and the collaboration with third-sector organizations and public bodies. This helped generate valuable content for the media and increase Clece’s visibility as a company committed to inclusion.
  3. Audiovisual media coverage: We managed the fair’s presence in audiovisual media, managing interviews and reports that offered a human perspective on the beneficiaries of the initiative, which increased the emotional and social impact of the campaign.

Thanks to this strategy, Clece Emplea has achieved broad media coverage, positioning Clece as a leader in job creation for vulnerable groups and consolidating its reputation as a company committed to social responsibility.
